How it works

Brief. Tell us what you need in the form below, in plain words.
Pay. Small and Standard are paid in full through Stripe before work starts. Custom work gets a quote by email first.
We build. You get an email at each step, so you always know where it is.
Delivery. A zip file and a short how-to, through a private link. One round of revisions is included.

What we don't take

Scraping personal data
Anything that breaks a site's terms of service
Anything touching money transfers or credentials
Work that can't be tested

If a brief falls into one of these, we say so and you are not charged.

Our promise

Every delivery is reviewed by a person before it reaches you. If we can't deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund.

A report by email within 2 business days: what we found and where to buy it, with links.
If we find nothing, you get a full refund.
We search the web with AI help, and a person checks every report before it reaches you.

What we don't search for

People: anyone's address, contact details or whereabouts
Weapons
Drugs
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Prescription medicines
Anything illegal

If a request falls into one of these, we decline it and refund you in full.
